What to expect

At Move Madly, we offer 45-minute Lagree classes! Think: the core strength of pilates, the burn of strength training, and the sweat-dripping energy of cardio — all rolled into one.
Here’s the breakdown:
  • 42 minutes of slow, controlled, muscle-burning moves (planks, squats, lunges, and more).
  • 3 minutes of guided stretching to cool down, breathe, and feel accomplished.
If you love a good core burn and high-intensity training, Lagree is about to become your new obsession.

how to prepare

Arrive Early: First-timers must be in the studio 10 minutes before class starts (no late entries for safety reasons!). Give yourself extra time for parking so you can roll in stress-free.
Grip Socks Required: Don’t have a pair? No worries — we’ve got plenty of cute options for purchase at the studio.
Bring the Basics: Water + your favorite workout set = ready to crush it.
